-How is the intial matieral beiong researched and developed at significant stages during the process of creating drama?
in the lesson our aim was to read through then modernise Act IV with a specfic theme of "eastenders". As a group we came up with ideas about Eastenders that would fit in with Act IV, we developed these ideas to create streotypes in our characters which firstly was going to present our audience with a clear plot line and also create a recognisable link between our charcters and the stock charcters you find in the Eastenders. For example we changed the charcter of angelo to angela made her northen and changed her occupation from jeweller to argos worker. This worked mainly because of argos presence in todays society.
-How effectively are you personally exploring and developing your roles?
In todays rehersals my main roles were playing a role and modernising my caharcter. I fee; i did this effectively as my role fitted inot the criteria of the acts modernisation. my role in the group was one of equal significance to the other.
